I was born in 1983 in Katowice (Poland). I started playing the percussion at the Stanislaw Moniuszko State Primary
Music School in Katowice under Fr. Osadzin, MA's tutoring. Then, at the Karol Szymanowski State Grammar School
in Katowice, I continued learning to play the percussion under Dr K. Jaguszewski's tutoring. I finished the school
with overall grade; excellent. After I received Masters Degree along with the medal PRIMUS INTER PARES from
Karol Szymanowski Music Academy in Katowice, under Prof. Stanislaw Proksa in 2007. I continued my musical
education on a full scholarship at Peabody Conservatory of Music in Baltimore (USA). I graduated receiving Graduate
Performance Diploma in 2009 studying with Prof Robert van Sice.

- 3rd place in the All-Poland Percussion Audition for Chamber Orchestras (Warsaw, 2000)
- Final in the Ist M. Stasiniewicz All-Poland Marimba Competition (Warsaw, 2000)
- 2nd place in the All-Poland Audition for IInd degree Students in Percussion Class, (Warsaw, 2001)
- 2nd place in the All-Poland Percussion Audition for Chamber Orchestras, (Wroclaw, 2002)
- 3rd place in the Scale and Etude Competition, (Katowice, 2004)
- 1st place in the Provincial Audition for IInd degree Students in Percussion Class, (Katowice, 1998-2002)
- Semi-Final in the Ist International Marimba Competition, LINZ, (Austria, 2006)
- 2nd place in the International Marimba Competition in St. Fermo, (Italy, 2006)
- 3rd place in the International Percussion Duo Competition in Plovdiv, (Bulgaria, 2007)
- Participation in the IInd M. Stasiniewicz International Percussion Competition, (Warsaw, 2004)
- Participation in the International Marimba Competition, Belgium, 2004 (St. Truiden)
- 2nd place in the Provincial History Competition on Knowledge on Katowice (2001)
- in 2002, I was awarded with the prize by Katowice-Town President "for the exceptionally gifted pupils in artistic schools"
- in 2002, I was awarded with the prize by the Marshal of Silesia Province of "Silesia Province Scholarship for exceptionally gifted Pupils and Students"
- in 2004, 2005, 2006 and 2007, I was awarded with prizes from Culture and Sport Department in Katowice in "PROMOTION OF YOUNG CULTURE ARTISTS"
- scholarship endowed by Professor Bogdan Bacanu to go to the INTERNATIONAL MARIMBA FESTIVAL LINZ 2004
- The Music Academy Student Grant won for very good grades and results in the academic years; 2003-2004, 2004-2005, 2005-2006
- scholarship won as a part of student's exchange from UNIVERSITY of LOUISVILLE (Kentucky, USA 2005),
- scholarship granted by Academie Musicale de Villecroze (France) as a part of Masters' Courses with Keiko Abe, 2005
- scholarship granted by Minister of Culture and National Heritage for the academic year 2006/07
- medal awarded in the PRIMUS INTER PARES Competition; Primus Inter Pares in the Karol Szymanowski Academy of Music in Katowice in 2007 (such medal has been awarded for the first time to the Music Academy student)

Invitations from "Percussion 2003" and "Percussion 2004" - Percussion Festivals, Warsaw, Invitation from Opole
Percussion Festival, Opole 2005 and 2006, with the Opole Philharmonic Orchestra I performed "Concerto for Marimba
and Orchestra" by A. Koppel - Opole 2005, with the Academy of Music Orchestra I performed "Concerto for Marimba
and Orchestra" - A. Koppel - Katowice 2006, with the Silesia Philharmonic Orchestra I performed "Concerto for Marimba
and Strings" by Emanuel Sejourne, Katowice 2007. Invitation from the International Percussion Festival in Bielsko-Biala
2007. Invitation from Cross Drumming, Warsaw 2007, I took part in the "MOVEMENT AND RHYTHM" Project,
Katowice 2003. With the accompany of Camerata Impuls Chamber Orchestra I played in the first-world performance
of XIV Sinfonia Concertante for Flute, Clarinet and Marimba and Chamber Orchestra by Benedykt Konowalski,
Katowice 2005. First performance of "Canzoni d'Amore" by Edward Boguslawski, Katowice 2006. The Orchestra
of New Music - Concert and Recording in the W. Lutoslawski Polish Radio Concert Hall, Warsaw 2003. In occasional
collaboration with and participation in the recordings of NOSPR in Katowice, (A Concert Tour of France under
K. Penderecki - 2004 and Poland 2008, Warsaw Autumn Festival - 2006, 2009, Concert in the Paris Conservatory -
2006, Polish Music Festival, Lvov - 2006, lead by A. Lason and Sz. Bywalec), Baltimore Chamber Orchestra and
Mobtown Modern. I took part in the Great Marathon of H. M. Gorecki's Artistic Output on his 70th Birthday, Concert on
50th Anniversary of the Events in Poznan, first performance of "Missa 1966" by Jacek Sykulski. I took part in various
concerts organized by the University of Silesia in Katowice for children sick with autism disorder "Europe - Integration -
Art". I performed on stages in Linz, Salzburg, St. Truiden, Louisville, Villecroze, St. Fermo, Plovdiv, La Havre and
Baltimore, and many other stages in Poland and abroad.
