Learn

Each of the methods of computer-music performance that are explored in the Interactions Etudes relies on a number of technological and acoustic processes. Each one of these methods can be used by performers with only a minimum of understanding about the actual processes that are happening. However, by understanding the technical and acoustic processes that are taking place, musicians can better integrate their instrumental and musical talents with the computer processing, creating a more satisfying and musically rich performance. In the Learn section of the website, we will provide a general overview of each interactive performance technique and a more detailed description of the technical and acoustic processes that are taking place within the computer system.
